Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, damaged, missing item, or refund claims. The video must clearly show the package from all sides before opening and capture the complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
- Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at help@shopveroo.in with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Policy
If you received the wrong product or would like to exchange an item, please contact us at help@shopveroo.in within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to arrange a replacement or exchange based on product availability.
Damaged, Missing, or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A complete unboxing video showing all sides of the sealed package before opening and the full unboxing process
- Your order details
Please send all details to help@shopveroo.in. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items not in original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
- Certain personal or hygiene-related products, if applicable
- Claims made without a proper unboxing video
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:
- A damaged or defective product
- An incorrect item sent by us
In such cases, ShopVeroo will cover the return shipping cost.
