We strive to provide authentic and high-quality die-cast collectibles. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • A wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, provide:

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

3. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product received damaged
  • Product received defective

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories and inserts included

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor packaging wear from manufacturer
  • Opened collectible items
  • Limited edition or imported collectibles unless damaged or incorrect

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

6. Replacement Policy

Where possible, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same item
  • Store credit
  • Refund

The resolution will depend on product availability.

7. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product received damaged
  • Product received defective
